Anastasia Soare grew up in Constanta, Romania on the banks of the Black Sea. After her studies in architecture, she took a four year sabbatical to spend time with her husband and newborn daughter. At this juncture, she was focused on a new career choice, began her studies at cosmetology school and started working as a beautician.It was at this point, fueled by a desire for a better life, that Anastasia's husband Victor defected to the United States, thereby setting the stage two years later for Anastasia and her daughter Claudia to join him. Within six months, Anastasia found a job as an esthetician doing facials and body waxing at a small salon on Melrose Place. In the very short time span of only two years, she was ready to strike out on her own at a rented space with the Juan Juan Beauty Center in Beverly Hills. With her reputation now preceding her, and her clientele growing just as quickly, it was time to find even larger quarters and hire the requisite staff. Anastasia has now come full circle and recently introduced her new cosmetic line, Anastasia Beverly Hills, which encompasses a full array of color products including an extensive palette for the eyes.
